Greek Style Yogurt – 2 Boxes (500g each)
Whipped Cream – 400g
Condensed Milk – 1 Can (approx. 397g)
Strawberry Jello – 2 packs
Powdered Gelatin – 2 Tbsp
Fresh Strawberries – 100g+20g
Fruit Cocktail – 500g
In a bowl mix yogurt, whipped cream, condensed milk and jello together. In a cup, add 2 tablespoons boiling water and mix the powdered gelatin with it, till it becomes a smooth paste of semi-thick consistency. Mix the dissolved gelatin in the yogurt, cream mixture. Take a 9×13 inch’ deep serving dish, spread the fruit cocktail and 100g strawberries, evenly at the base. Conversely, you can even take tall glasses or shooters and layer the fruit at the base of each glass. Pour the creamy concoction, in the large dish or individual glasses. Let it set for at least 6-8 hours. Once set, garnish with remaining strawberries or if you want to make it fancier don’t shy away from adding some whipped cream and wafers too.
